About Ragini
I’m Ragini Prashad.
I’ve always been an outlier.
Eleven schools. Three countries.
A life lived in motion – between cultures, identities, and worlds.
From early on, I became an expert at shape-shifting.
Performing, pleasing, proving where the only tools I knew.
I chased approval with everything I had, slowly disappearing in the process.
The more I tried the less I felt like me and the more disconnected I became. Beneath the surface, I wondered if this was all there was and a gnawing sense of inadequacy I couldn’t escape.
So I did what many high-achievers do. I doubled down controlling the external, hoping it would soothe the storm within. I worked harder, achieved more, ticked more boxes. But the more I did, the less I felt. I was running on empty, convinced I’d drawn the short straw in life.
Until life cracked me open. A do-or-die moment in my late 20s turned everything upside down. It wasn’t pretty but now I see its perfection. It brought me face to face with a truth I’d never seen clearly: The world I saw wasn’t just happening to me – it was reflecting everything I believed about me.
That moment was GRACE
It was the moment I stopped waiting to be seen…and began seeing myself.
Since then, I’ve been on a steady path of reclaiming wholeness from within. Not just a career change, but a complete rewiring of how I relate to life. Yes, it took me from environmental engineering to regenerative leadership, from single independent lady to devoted partner and mother And most profoundly, it transformed my relationship with myself – how I see, feel, and move through the world.
I began unlearning the old scripts.
Softening into truth.
Reclaiming inner wisdom.
Rebuilding a life anchored in presence, self-trust, and a quiet but unshakable power. That journey continues to this day, as I walk through the portal of midlife.
Supporting others has become my deepest calling
especially those who, like me who are no longer willing to trade truth for approval. Leaders who feel the dissonance and want to shape a whole new paradigm one rooted in radical responsibility, wholeness, aliveness, and a fierce trust in life.
I’ve sat in boardrooms filled with brilliant minds, but exhausted hearts and hungry souls.
Polished on the outside, disconnected within. I’ve watched visionaries dim their light to fit in, all while feeding systems they secretly can’t stand.
And I’ve come to see this clearly:
There’s no clean line between the individual and the system.
They mirror each other. The beliefs we inherit, the fears we normalise, the roles we perform – they shape not only our lives but the trajectory of humanity.
Real change starts from within. When we choose a new relationship with self, we begin a new relationship with life. When we shift from control to trust, from performing to presence, we begin to regenerate the world around us—one act of alignment at a time.
This is the journey I’ve been on.
One of remembering that we shape life from the inside out—not the other way around. That leadership is less about dominance and more about devotion. That life itself is not something to manage but something to co-create— in rhythm, in reverence, in truth.
Once I saw this, I cracked through my own internal ceiling.
And I’ve been on the messy but soul filled journey of expanding ever since.
Now, I help others do the same.
I believe life is mystical, alchemical—and far too urgent for us to keep pretending. Through seeing our true nature, we begin to regenerate ourselves—and with that, the world.
If you know you’re here to lead, to contribute, to shift the story or be a guiding light— stop waiting to be chosen. Stop waiting to be seen.
Start seeing yourself. Start becoming the version of you that’s already ready.
I’m here to walk that path with you.
Let’s unravel the old, reclaim what’s true,
and lead the future from wholeness.
